Derby Fever!
I don’t know about you, but May is my favorite! The weather is officially warm, Mothers are celebrated, it’s almost summer and it’s Kentucky Derby season!
After working this morning, I went out around noon for a stroll with Grumples! Everything is SO GREEN right now!
I am going out with some girls to a Derby party. Hats are a necessity. I have been thinking over and over about what I want to do! The crazier the better!
I spent almost two hours walking around Hobby Lobby today! When I saw the aisle of horses…I had an idea.
I may have went a little overboard…wait! Who am I kidding? It’s the Derby. No such thing! I can’t wait to show you the final project.
I’ve been living off this Mexican chicken fiesta rice! I will post that recipe tomorrow:) It’s delicious.

How are you celebrating the Kentucky Derby?
I am going to a Kentucky Derby party Saturday and I’m supposed to bring finger foods or little desserts. Any advice for something relatively easy and somewhat healthy?
