I am really excited to try your workout this weekend! I can’t for awhile though; I teach spin classes/am focusing on my half marathon that’s in a few weeks but on a free day this weekend I want to try your routine. I’ll be sure to post a photo(:

lol I eat the NATURAL sugar and healthy whole grain carbohydrates to fuel me during runs. I eat a protein shake and yogurt after.

Hey does your HRM watch have a chest strap? … Are they uncomfortable to wear? … The one I have now doesnt have a strap and I need a new one watch.
I have a polar heart rate monitor and the chest strap isn’t uncomfortable at all! 🙂
