    1. lol I eat the NATURAL sugar and healthy whole grain carbohydrates to fuel me during runs. I eat a protein shake and yogurt after.

  5. Hey does your HRM watch have a chest strap? … Are they uncomfortable to wear? … The one I have now doesnt have a strap and I need a new one watch.

    1. I have a polar heart rate monitor and the chest strap isn’t uncomfortable at all! 🙂
