I love salt & vinegar chips, so I thought it would be a good idea to make a healthy version out of sweet potatoes.
While I was preparing the salt and vinegar, I thought making a sweet flavor would be good too
I preheated the oven to 425 degree and placed the potato slices on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until EXTRA crisp.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Vinegar,
1 Tsp Sea Sat
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Honey
2 Small Sweet Potatoes
Mix the honey and cinnamon together on half the batch for a sweet flavor!
For the salt and vinegar, I shook up the sea salt and vinegar with the sweet potatoes with a bag.
Both flavors turned out delicious. I can’t wait to make these again! Next time, I’ll try to create a Greek Yogurt dip to go with these.
Great recipes – thank you for sharing them! I’ve featured both of them in my roundup of 9 Best Potato Chip Recipes in honor of Potato Chip Day!

These were AMAZING. I’ve had sweet potato chips before, but the salt n vinegar flavouring enhanced my love for this type of snack. Thank you 🙂
Do they taste good saved?
Can I use regular potatoes as I am not fond of sweet potatoes or would it not work? Thanks
Of course!
Thanks for sharing! Do you mix the vinegar and salt after they are baked or before? ^^
