Viral Tiktok Turkish Salad Recipe with Gluten-Free Pasta!
If there’s one thing I say helps me sleep at night, it’s browsing TikTok to wind down. Okay, I lied—this app keeps me up way past bedtime! I’m absolutely obsessed with some of the creators on there. The recipes are amazing, and the funny videos? They have me laughing so hard I cry. My friends and I are constantly sending TikToks to each other all day long.
Every now and then, I stumble across a viral recipe that I simply have to try. This week, it was the TikTok viral Turkish pasta salad from Anna Paul! The video has over 12 million views, and I think I watched it at least 20 times before deciding I couldn’t resist. Yesterday, I made a special trip to the store just to grab all the ingredients.
There were so many variations of the viral recipe, but I decided to stick with the original—well, with a few swaps to fit my dietary needs. I used grass-fed organic beef instead of lamb, gluten-free pasta instead of regular, and since I’m not a fan of parsley, I swapped it for some chopped romaine. Some people added a ton of chopped garlic to the Greek yogurt, but I skipped that since garlic can be inflammatory for me. Even with those changes, this salad absolutely lived up to the hype—it was amazing, and very easy to make in under 20 minutes!

This is the perfect recipe to make ahead and store in the refrigerator to enjoy all week long. It’s also a fantastic dish to bring to dinner parties—easy to prepare and sure to impress!
The last viral TikTok salad I tried was the Big Mac salad, and let me tell you—it was so good! I always make them for when my mom and dad are over! They love trying out my TikTok viral recipes I find.

One thing you’ll definitely want to grab at the grocery store for this recipe is the All-Purpose Greek Seasoning! Since I skipped the chopped garlic, this seasoning added so much of the amazing flavor to the salad. Combined with the Greek yogurt, it creates the perfect creamy sauce!
This salad is perfect for any season! It’s refreshing yet warm and comforting at the same time. You can serve it hot or cold—I’ve been enjoying it straight from the refrigerator, and it’s absolutely delicious.

TikTok Viral Turkish Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
- Organic Grass-Fed Ground Beef
- Yellow Onion
- Paprika
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Greek Seasoning
- Gluten-Free Pasta
- Greek Yogurt
- Tomatoes
- Romaine Lettuce
- Grass-Fed Butter
For gluten-free pasta, the Organic Jovial Pasta brand is my absolute favorite. You can’t taste the difference! It cooks just like regular pasta and has the same texture and flavor.

How to Make TikTok Viral Turkish Pasta Salad:
Cook the beef with the chopped yellow onion and olive oil in a pan. Season with Greek seasoning, black pepper, and paprika.*I have a sensitivity to large amounts of onion, but if you love the onion flavor, add as much as you’d like!
Boil the gluten-free pasta according to package directions.

Melt the butter and flavor with paprika and greek seasoning. *If you do not have any issues with garlic, you can sprinkle in some chopped garlic if you want!

Add the hot pasta to a bowl and top with the cooked ground beef and Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle Greek seasoning all over the salad.
Add the lettuce and tomatoes.
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of the seasoned butter over the salad.
Sprinkle more Greek seasoning on top.

You can serve the salad in small side dish bowls, or mix all the ingredients together in one large serving bowl and scoop individual portions into smaller bowls!

The Viral Turkish Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb Grass-Fed Organic Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tsps Greek Seasoning plus extra!
- 1 Tsp Paprika plus extra!
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Yellow Onion chopped
- 1 Package Gluten-Free Pasta around 8 cups
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Greek Yogurt
- 2 Cups Tomatoes
- 4 Cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Grass-Fed Butter
Instructions
- Cook the beef with the chopped yellow onion and olive oil in a pan. Season with Greek seasoning, black pepper, and paprika.
- Boil the gluten-free pasta according to package directions.Add the hot pasta to a bowl and top with the cooked ground beef and Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle Greek seasoning all over the salad.
- Add the lettuce and tomatoes.
- Melt the butter and mix in paprika and Greek seasoning. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of the seasoned butter over the salad. Sprinkle more Greek seasoning on top! Mix well before eating.

If you’re not a fan of Greek yogurt, this salad would be AMAZING with a homemade ranch. I think I’ll try that next time. Speaking of, I need to get my homemade ranch recipe on the blog soon.
