There was no way I was going out to breakfast this morning or running to the store to get ingredients for breakfast. I wasn’t going to leave Grumples side. I decided to cook up whatever I had in the house. I usually always have bread and eggs, so that meant French toast!
French Toast Ingredients:
5 Pieces Low Cal Whole Wheat Bread, 4 Large Eggs, 3 Tablespoons Light Cream, 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, & 2 Packets Stevia. Olive oil.
-Mix the eggs, cream, cinnamon, and stevia together.
-Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
Grease a pan with olive oil. I use olive oil because it makes the edges of the toast crazy crisp. Fry both sides of the french toast and continue for the rest of the slices.
After I cooked up the french toast, I fried the turkey bacon in olive oil until crisp!
The french toast is so flavorful and crisp! They are light and done leave you too full and miserable afterwards. I love french toast because it doesn’t take any crazy ingredients and it’s super fast.

Does olive oil make it more crispy than, say, canola oil or other vegetable oils?

You could also try making them with a waffle iron!

Is this recipe for one serving? Curious as to whether or not I can have all of this. hehe 🙂
