I do this a lot.
I have bad days. Don’t we all? Don’t we all have our own ways with dealing? I know I do.
When I’m having a “bad day” I grab my dog and leave the house to explore.
You never know who you will run into and those somebodies can make you smile.
I like not knowing where my next step will take me.
Finding tranquil places makes everything better.
Putting your energy into someone else can make you feel more alive.
Not knowing what’s on the other side leaves curiosity on edge.
Enjoying the change.
Sometimes we don’t understand what we’re seeing until it disappears.
Stop and smell the grass.
Appreciate to the little things.
Remember the moments, not the story.
Go find who you are without following the path in front of you.
When everything feels like it’s falling apart, when you’re feeling alone, when you’re feeling hopeless, just remember to be true to yourself. Don’t conform to make things “right.” Stick it out.

I love this post! Everyone has their down days, but you have to just keep your head up and remember to be thankful for everything that you have in your life 🙂

Beautiful place where you live. I’m hoping we can put an end soon to these 100+ degree days so I can head out with my puppy too! Love all your pictures, so serene.

Love this! And your hair! I did something like this last year at college. I was having a really bad day & my friend grabbed my hand and pulled me outside for a walk. After walking outside and complaining about my day to him I felt so much better. There’s something about being outside that is reassuring. It clears your mind I guess!

Spending time in nature certainly helps clear your mind and reconnect with yourself and the earth. I took a walk this sunday and instantly felt de-stressed!

This really calmed me. I have a forest like trail near my house, so I sometimes go there to cool my mind. But I don’t have my dog living with me, so it really unmotivates me especially when I think I’m going to be bored by myself. This inspired me to get out there!
