My pumpkin cravings have not gone away yet. Last night I wanted a light snack with a pumpkin twist so I decided to whip up some popcorn and flavor it up. This was a perfect treat and took away my cravings (only for the night though) I think I’ll have something pumpkin-ish this morning for breakfast!

  • 2 Cups Air Popped Popcorn
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Walnuts
  1. You can pop your popcorn however you’d likeΒ : in a microwave, on the stove or in an air poppper.
  2. After your popcorn is popped add it to a large zip lock bag.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the popcorn, zip the bag and shake well.
  4. Sprinkle pumpkin spice and ground cinnamon on top and shake again.
  5. Add popcorn to a bowl, sprinkle a little more pumpkin spice on top and add walnuts
