Ready! Set! Bikini Smoothie!


Bikini season is just a couple months away! Instead of going on a crazy crash diet weeks before your first bathing suit appearance, be safe and start cleaning up your eating habits now. Crash dieting is very dangerous. I see a pattern of crash dieting before vacations, spring break and summer. It’s important to stay healthy and make small steps to reach your goals.

Smoothies are my favorite way to clean out my body and incorporate more vegetables and fruit into my diet. Fruits and vegetables should be apart of any healthy lifestyle. Replacing a fast food meal with a nutritious-packed smoothie can help you reach those goals healthily and permanently. They also taste amazing!

Don’t cut calories, just replace most of the unhealthy calories with healthy ones.


Above is a smoothie I had last night before dinner! I feel so much better lately fitting smoothies into my diet!  The extra fruits and vegetables can do wonders.

-1 Scoop Organic Whey Vanilla Protein
-1 Cup Black Berries
-1 Cup Blueberries
-2 Cups Baby Spinach
-1/2 Small Zucchini
-1 Cup Organic Sparkling Water
-1 Cup Ice
-1 Tbsp Honey
-1 Tsp Vanilla

    Hi, I really love all of your shakes and I want to try each and every one of them. It would help however if you could put a listing of the calories on there. or all nutrition facts. I’m an athlete and I really watch my calorie intake but I love your smoothies. That would be super helpful thanks!
