Today’s workout was complete madness. My trainer had me run three 9 minute miles, 30 minutes of intense boxing and 20 minutes of weight training focusing on arms. I feel like jello after it has been sitting out for three days. I had a heck of a time walking my dog today, but no problem spending time outside. It’s 70 degrees here in Georgia! Unfortunately, I will be driving to Chicago tomorrow. I know I’ll be greeted with some snow.
For lunch today I had a whipped up leftover salad. I added leftover roasted veggies and 2 deviled eggs to my salad. I love using my leftovers as salad toppings. I added: romaine lettuce, honey mustard, chickpeas, croutons and shredded carrots.
Now it’s time for a nap before I work on some holiday baking tonight!
