Having a busy schedule makes remembering to eat breakfast crucial. It’s hard to remember to eat breakfast when we have so many things going on, but working on a hungry stomach leads you to feeling irritable, forgetful, lightheaded, and fatigue. Lets be honest, who wants to work with someone like that? Certainly not me! I tend to overeat later in the day if I skip my breakfast which leads me to keep feeling irritable and fatigue. It’s better to keep that healthy balance of meals. Your health is always more important than your busy schedule, so put yourself first and enjoy your breakfast! One of my favorite desserts is chocolate covered strawberries so I decided to take it to my oatmeal bowl. It’s still very quick and tasty and can fit into any busy schedule! What’s a few minutes?Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Quaker Oats
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Strawberry Slices
- 3 Chocolate Candy Melts Broken Into Pieces
- 1 Tbsp Skim Milk
Directions:
- In a microwave safe bowl heat Quaker Oats and water for 2 minutes
- Add milk, strawberries, and chocolate.
