I’ve been having some crazy football Saturday’s lately, and I’m finally happy to be having a calm one. This morning, I went out for a long 6.5 mile walk, made a protein shake, worked, watched Iowa win, made a delicious salad, and cleaned the apartment.
My salad had croutons, lettuce, arugula, cottage cheese, crackers, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, italian dressing, corn, chicken, black beans, and chopped onion.
After Iowa’s win, I celebrated with a nice cup of coffee!
