For lunch today, My brother and I went to Spinozas! It’s a cute little restaurant in the mall in Dayton, Ohio. They are best known for their pizza and salads. And that is exactly what we had!
We all went with the lunch special “lunch for three.” Each of us had a Drunken Goat salad and split a pizza.
We also ordered their famous appetizer, the Spinoza Swirl sticks. The spinoza is a roasted garlic bread that raps like a big roll. It has Fontina and Romano cheese on top.
We all had the drunken goat and it was delicious. I want to figure out how they make their dressing. It’s incredible.
The Drunken Goat:
Spring lettuces and Romaine with dried cranberries, toasted almond slices and soft goat cheese, tossed with mango chardonnay vinaigrette and herbed croutons
We all split a whole wheat pizza. One side had jalapeños and pineapple, the other side had cheese! Sometimes pizza is a hit or miss, but this was definitely a miss. Some people say you can’t go wrong with pizza, but I’d have to disagree.
After lunch, we went shopping. I had way too much fun at H & M. I’m loving their clothes lately.
They had this little sweater in almost all colors. I really liked the white one, but then saw the striped one as I was walking out. I may need to make a trip back! Someone stop me.
After coming back from the mall, we introduced Frank and Grumples. 🙂 Tonight, TC is making us Kale salads. He knows I don’t like kale unless it’s cooked or in a smoothie, but he promises he makes the best salad and I’ll love it. So, I’m going to definitely try it out.
I know tonight will be an early one. I have a big trip tomorrow and a long night that will follow.

I hate it when I order pizza tht isn’t descent quality. It feels like such a worthless indulgence and I usually eat it anyway because I’m already excited about pizza!

I love all of your photos and I am looking at getting a nice digital camera. What camera do you use?

Thank you for your positive words about Spinoza’s (and I hope you don’t feel too guilty about eating pizza)!

Bummer about your pizza! Seeing this post yesterday made me want pizza last night. I used a 20 calorie popcake for crust and loved it! Found them at Target and thought you might like them too: http://www.cocofoods.com/
