It’s official…I love it down here. Leaving is going to be so hard 🙁 I haven’t been here for a month and have already met so many awesome people! Everyone is super friendly and outgoing. It’s hard to move around and meet people, but it can be exciting. You have to make the best of these situations. Meeting people here has been easy because the weather is so nice and everyone is outside! There are a couple girls in my apartment complex that I have became friends with. They both have dogs so we usually meet up for doggy dates, walks to Starbucks, or…girl’s night!
Our apartments have a sand volleyball court right next to the pool. We decided to meet up for drinks and a game of sand volleyball.
I stopped at the store to grab drinks that everyone liked. I also picked up the volleyball!
I bought the Bud light lime strawberry margaritas, Mich Ultra apple cider (my favorite) and bud select. Jeremy always buys the Bud Select, so I figured he could just drink the leftovers. I bought the bucket at Walmart for under $5.00. I was going to buy a cooler, but decided not to when I saw the cute container. I bought a bag of ice and just poured it on top before I left the house. I threw some straws in the bucket because sandy cans are not tasty!
We left the volleyball court and decided to sit around the table instead.
Lexi brought her dog, Oakley! Her and Grumps are so cute together:)
Oakley is a smart dog…she knows what she wants 😉
Sealy brought her dog, Cinder! She rescued Cinder a couple weeks ago. She is the most loving dog! I didn’t bring Grumples because Jeremy wanted to take him on his run. I’m a dog hog, so I let him go with Jeremy 😉
Us girls ended up staying out late around the table chatting. I’m sure the neighbors just loved how loud we were, but oh well! We had too much fun to care.

Our girls night out used to be sitting around a campfire drinking and laughing our asses off or tubing down a river! But now most of us have kids so it’s hard to find time to get together anymore. But when we do, it’s like nothings changed!!

The bucket and cute drinks is such a good idea! I couldn’t help but notice the Beaufort Waterfestival koozie (not sure if it is yours or not), I currently go to school in Clemson but was raised in Beaufort and absolutely LOVE waterfestival. If ya’ll are in SC during July you will definitely have to check it out!

I love ciders! You should check out Strongbow, Woodchuck, Ace Pear, or Angry Orchard. I love Strong Bow the most because it is a good dry cider but the others are yummy 🙂 . Oh and Sarah Boscoe, goooo Tigers!
