Don’t worry. I haven’t quit my training. I took a couple days off last week when friends were in town. I think it was beneficial, too. My knee was really giving me trouble on Wednesday of last week. I’m starting to think it’s a speed thing. The past couple runs have been pain free. Hopefully this keeps up!
Monday night after helping Jeremy mop up his hospital rooms, we stopped to eat dinner at a seafood buffet. The food was pretty good. I ate my dessert before taking a picture. Whoops. It’s so hard not to go back for more dessert! Especially the coconut ones…
Yesterday was a run/walk. I did my 3 miles and then walked 2. I love the Arizona sky!
After my run, I had a handful of unsalted trail mix. Pistachios, cherries, craisins, and almonds.
It was a late night for Jeremy, so I ordered in some food! I ordered a large Caesar salad, wings, and a pizza.
I picked off the pepperonis on the spinach and vegetable pizza and had a slice with my salad. After dinner, I dove into the freezer for an ice cream cone and passed out like a baby. I’m sure eating late at night had something to do with my crazy dreams.
