About a month ago, I posted a recipe for pumpkin quinoa cinnamon spice baked apples and pears with cranberries, walnuts, and a honey glaze. The next day, I chopped up my leftovers to make a delicious side. I thought the side would make a wonderful Thanksgiving dish. The mixture of the apples and pears were perfect.
It’s also much easier than sticking an entire piece of fruit on your plate. The recipe for the baked dish is here! All you have to do is chop them up and add them to a serving dish.
