Hello, everyone!
We have headed to southern Georgia for a couple days. Jeremy is working on a project down here for work and needed some company! I brought all my work with me, and now I’m enjoying some more Georgia rain and sipping on my fifth cup of coffee. (seriously need to cut back) After Jeremy finishes up this week, we are heading to Florida for a little beach time and extra sun! This will be Mr. Grumples first time by the ocean and I can’t wait. This seems like a great opportunity to do a healthy beach snack post! What are your favorite snacks to bring to the beach?
Anyways…
Because we left a little late last night, I brought my dinner on the road. I brought a PB2 & jelly sandwich on whole grain bread, pistachios and dark chocolate chips. We stopped at the grocery store on the way up and I grabbed a fruit cup to have with it.
