This morning I made an extra healthy breakfast for the long day ahead. I’m headed to the gym to get a quick work out in before I spend 9 hours traveling in a car. I took a piece of whole grain toast added black berry jam, sliced banana and flax seed. Yesterday, lots of you told me grinding flax seed would give you more benefits so I’ll make sure to do that next time. I also had an egg with 1 Tbsp light syrup, almonds, raspberries and blackberries.
