Listening to Sabrina & making viral peanut butter Listening to Sabrina & making viral peanut butter chickpea blondies like it’s summer 2024 🙌🏻☀️ 🥣Ingredients: • 2 cans organic chickpeas • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp sea salt • 1/4 cup chocolate chips 🥣 Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and drain chickpeas. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, and sea salt to a blender. Blend until creamy (don’t over blend!) Line a 5x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour batter into dish and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 45–50 minutes. Dinner was so good tonight 🙌🏻🥬🍅 For the salad: • Dinner was so good tonight 🙌🏻🥬🍅 For the salad: • Pan seared chicken breast, sliced • Stemless organic kale • Crunchy loose leaf lettuce • Cold cooked pasta • Cherry Tomatoes • Avocado • Crumbled goat cheese • Dried cranberries • Candied pecans & walnuts 🥑🥒🍊For the dressing: • 1/4 cup olive oil • 3 Tbsps fresh orange juice • 1 tablespoon honey • Salt • Black pepper • Garlic powder Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Whisk together the olive oil, fresh orange juice, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until combined. Pour over the salad and toss well! 🥬 -sometimes I like adding mandarins, red onion, fresh berries, and chickpeas! #salad #dinner #healthyrecipe #springsalad #saladrecipe
