I was running low on groceries so I decided to improvise. It’s important to feed your body healthy nutrients after workouts. I sprayed a frying pan with cooking spray and turned the burner to medium. I added: 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers and 1/4 cup green bell peppers. After the eggs were cooked I added 1 cup fresh spinach and 1 tsp of black pepper. I kept scrambling until spinach fully cooked. This was the perfect fix & super healthy!
