A couple nights ago, I posted this picture on my Instagram. I always promise to post the recipes on my blog. After a light workout, I whipped up a Caesar salad to go with a bowl of tomato soup. To dress up my romaine, I used one tbsp of light organic Caesar mixed with two tbsps. of plain low fat Greek yogurt. On top of the salad, I added: cooked shrimp, Chia seeds, egg whites and a three tbsps. of whole grain croutons. I love mixing dressings with Greek yogurt. It adds extra protein and takes away the dryness of certain salad leaves.
Then I decided to take a “selfie” because I haven’t posted one in a long time. I also need some advice. Should I go dark for the summer…or go with blonde high lights? My hair is below my should blades. Should I cut it…or keep it growing? Opinions, please!
