Team USA Weekend!
Hi Guys!
I hope you all had a fun weekend & smooth Monday. Mine was so relaxing and low-key (just how I like it.) I spent the past couple of days hanging out with friends, cooking delicious food and fitting in some kick-butt workouts. I am leaving early morning for a trip, so I want to share a quick little recap with you before I hit the pillow! It feels so weird to be sitting here blogging without Mr. Grumples cuddled up next to me. I dropped him off at my parents this afternoon so they could watch him while I’m gone.
I started my day early. I woke up at 6:30 am and walked Grumples at the park before sitting down to have coffee and oatmeal. I also added some blueberries to my oats!
Today’s workout was INTENSE. The August Fit Challenge has started and I love following along with all of your posts. They inspire me to kick butt in the gym! I had a friend complete the workout with me today, and it helps so much to have someone hold you accountable.
I ran for 45 minutes and then did the circuit 4X + 15 minutes of stretching.
TOTAL OF: 500 Crunches, 80 Jumping Jacks, 40 Burpees, 240 Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses, 4 Min of Planks, 4 Min Wall Sits.
I’ve been enjoying all of the comments and tags!
I had a delicious protein shake and blueberries after my workout.
I headed downtown Fort Mill, SC for dinner with Becca at Hobo’s!
I ordered the garden salad with grilled chicken. It came with cucumber, spring mix lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, cheese and ranch on the side.
I stopped at CVS on the way home to grab some travel snacks and necessities for my trip. They have a great travel section and all kinds of healthy snacks.
These boots are made for walking <3
Taking this recap all the way back to Thursday!
My neighbor brought over some flowers from his garden. I always compliment the flowers when Grumples and I walk by. Such a sweet gesture!
My got-to dinner: rice, ground turkey and avocado! I always meal prep this on Mondays.
I fit in a four mile run before the storm rolled in! It was so hot and kind of a struggle, but I completed it. Sometimes my runs are so great and sometimes I feel like I’m a beginner again.
Grumples watching the storm! He gets so excited.
Friday morning breakfast: pineapple, protein powder, mango, strawberries, blueberries, ice & almond milk!
I love to make extra and freeze it for later!
I spent Friday afternoon shopping. I needed to pick up some things at the mall and ended up turning it into a mall walking exercise.
I had a caesar salad with ground turkey, rice, peas and parmesan pasta for dinner.
Kyle came over to watch movies on Friday night and we made some popcorn! I was so tired that I can’t even remember what movie we watched.
I woke up early on Saturday morning to go for a run and then meet up with Becca at the gym for a circuit.
I didn’t feel like a beginner on Saturday. It was a GREAT run, even in the heat!
I love the Little Sugar Creek Greenway.
Our Saturday morning circuit!
Run 45-60 minutes.
-1 Minute Jump Squats -30 Crunches -1 Minute Jumping Jacks -30 Alternating Side Crunches -1 Minute Alternating Lunges -30 Crunches -1 Minute Plank 30 Alternating Side Crunches -25 Overhead Dumbbell Bench Presses
Repeat 4 X
*Stretch 10-15 Minutes
Our friends invited us to Beer Olympics and we decided to represent team USA. I put together a little outfit for the event. Everyone dressed up to represent countries.
USA!
It was a pretty fun afternoon. Kyle and I stuck to water because it was so hot! After a three hour workout, alcohol was the last thing on my mind.
I bought it because “IOWA.” 😀 Gotta represent!
Found this delicious iced coffee at Whole Foods.
I headed out to pick up dinner at Chopt. I was in the mood for a giant salad and their infused water!
I always get the Kebob Cobb with Falafel.
We watched a movie and I was in bed by ten. I was ZONKED.
We took Grumples for a stroll on Saturday morning.
I love watching these two!
There is a little fenced in park in the Fourth Ward that we take him to so he can run around. He loves it!
Grumples did not like me being at the top of the playground. He tried so hard to get up because he thought I needed help. He finally ran up the slide. I was so proud of him for facing his fears to be next to me. He’s simply the best.
It was such a beautiful Saturday morning.
We headed out to run some errands after coffee. We ended the errands at Chipotle! I ordered the half chicken/half steak salad. I had mild salsa, corn, grilled veggies, sprinkle of cheese, little bit of rice, and guacamole on top. They also have the best salad dressing.
Kyle bought Grumples a new toy and he loves it.
Becca and I went on a little trip to J.Crew afterwords. I picked up a couple new sweaters and jeans.
I also had two inches cut off my hair! My ends were getting pretty scary…
We decided to make breakfast for dinner on Sunday night and watch the Olympics.
We bought a waffle maker and protein waffle mix! We were so excited about it.
I am going to post all the recipes when I get back!
I made a delicious turkey sausage breakfast hash that I know you’ll love.
Questions for you! (I’ll be on my trip , so i’m going to try to reply to all your comments whenever I can!)
- Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
- What did you do this weekend?
- Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
- Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
*sorry for the weird spacing/centering in this post. I’m still trying to figure a few things out!
That neighborhood comes straight out of my dreams! Houses, fences and that old car, love it! Were those waffles any good? I’ve been thinking about getting a waffle iron for some time now, but strangely I can hardly find them in stores (I’m in the Netherlands). I’m craving waffles by now! Love breakfast for dinner 🙂
Enjoy your trip! X
Hi Ayla!
It’s one of my favorite neighborhoods <3
The waffles were pretty dang good for being healthy and full of protein! We got a really cheap $19.99 waffle iron at target and it was just as good as the more expensive ones! Here is the link…
xoxo
Where is your shirt from? The USA one?
It’s from Express!
1. I’m not, but I should be! I’ve been trying to get myself back into the gym.
2. I went with my husband (also named Kyle!) to his golf tournament at a beautiful golf course. He won! 🙂
3. YES! It’s my favorite. <3
4. I've been so wrapped up in the new Harry Potter book, that I can't pry myself away from it to watch, haha!
Have a safe trip!
Hi Ashley!
1. The great thing about the fit challenge is that you can do it at home too!:)
2. Nice job Kyle! I love golf tournaments. I used to ride along with my dad back in the day!
3. Seriously the best!
4. hahaha i’m sure you’re not the only one!! 😉
Thank you & enjoy your weekend.
Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
– ABSOLUTELY! I have been creating my own little challenge and sticking with it! I have been keeping a journal of all the exercises I do and I have even been taking progress pictures to keep me motivated!
What did you do this weekend?
– My 3 best girlfriends from college flew down to Charlotte and we drove to Charleston for the weekend! SO fun and the weather was perfect!
Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
– Omg yes.
Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
– I have been so busy lately that I just haven’t found the time! I’ve been DVR-ing everything, though! 🙂
Yes that is awesome! So glad you’ll be doing it 🙂
I bet that was so fun!!!! I love Charleston. I big group of us girls are going down that way for a bachelorette party next month and I’ so excited. Did you get to spend some time at Folly or the beach?
its the best. I want breakfast now. I’m at the airport but too lazy to get up and go get some haha.
I love that you can keep up with the medal counts on snapchat! haha
You are looking absolutly gorgeous! Love love love your blog! Inspires me everyday!
Thanks so much! 🙂 xo xo xo
Breakfast for dinner is my favorite <3
Your hair looks amazing in all these pictures! Have a great trip 🙂
http://www.justbeingbrooklyn.com
Thanks so much B!
& I want that breakfast again!
XO XO
Love your pictures in this post! You got some really cute ones of Grumples!
1. Yes, definitely in on the Augustfitchal. 🙂 I’m starting a little slow because of a cold, but hopefully I can hit the workouts hard soon!
2. My husband and I went camping and hiking in the Teton area. So. Amazing!!!! Hopefully I’ll have a blog post up soon with pics.
3. Breakfast for dinner is definitely one of my favorites. I haven’t done it in a while though.
4. I’ve been watching bits and pieces of it, but not a lot yet. However, I really want to see some equestrian events!!! I loved your USA team outfits–so cute!!!
Hey Lauren!!
Thanks so much:) I love taking photos of Grumples! I think he knows how to work the camera.
I’M LOVING all of your fitness posts. They’re awesome!
I actually have a cold today 🙁 I’m hoping running will help. Always happens after I travel!
I can’t wait to read all about your camping trip. I’ll look out for that one.
& thank you! It’s fun to dress up!
Sort of! Same for the July one. I don’t necessarily follow along 100%, however I must say, July was definitely one of the most active months I’ve had in over a year, so thank you for that!! I love following along with all your posts, as well as everyone else’s! It’s so motivating to see so many other active people!
I went up north this weekend! Friday I headed up and we did some tourist-y shopping around Crosslake/Nisswa, then Saturday hung out at the cabin all day! Played corn hole and catched some rays. Sunday headed back and ended up getting a new phone in the afternoon because my contract was up!
Breakfast all day everyday.
Well I don’t get cable or basic channels so… I only see what is posted online and when I’m out and about and people have it on. 🙂
Have a super fun trip! Can’t wait to hear about it!
Hi Jennifer!
I couldn’t agree more!
Your weekend sounded like a blast!
Sounds like how I’m watching the olympics as well 😉
Can’t wait to share it! xo xo
I love your recap posts! Those waffles look amazing- I seriously need to get my hands on some protein waffle mix asap!
xx,
Melissa
My most recent post features you, btw <3 http://www.greenpalatelife.com/5-blogs-i-read-every-day/
Hi Melissa!
Thanks so much! 🙂 That waffle mix is SO GOOD!!
Thank you so much for the feature! Means a lot! xo
This past weekend I had a baby shower and my girlfriend came over to hang out with my husband and I for a couple days.
I love the August fit challenge and am participating with that I can do (37 weeks pregnant makes things quite interesting!!) I am still able to run and do some circuit workouts, I’ll just have to adjust what I can’t do for now!
Looks like your weekend was fantastic- I love weekends like that!
Hi Bethany!
I bet that was so much fun!!
Look at you go! Such an inspiration to others for sure! You’re such a champ.
xo xo
1. Oh yeah, took yesterday off since I knew I needed to catch up on some sleep, so I did 3x Monday’s circuit this AM. I figured I could bust it out in 25 minutes or so, NOPE. Somebody needs to work on crunches, because after about 15 I am d.e.a.d.
2. I had a pretty lazy weekend all things considered. After a long run Saturday AM it was time to meet some friends at a winery for a bachelorette party, followed by dinner & a late night of dancing. Sunday was mostly being lazy until watching the Olympics convinced me I should probably ride my bike.
3. I am definitely a breakfast for dinner fan. I love waffles. Still working on my chicken & waffles recipe, but that’s like the ultimate meal – I would eat that ANY time of day.
4. I’m trying – but I don’t have a TV, so I have to live stream it on my computer which can be a bit of a hassle. But, I caught up on some of the swimming last night. I always get so nervous when I watch!
An Olympic themed party sounds like so much fun! And I’m excited to hear more about this protein waffle mix – did you make it or buy a pre-made one?
P.S. that huge smoothie looked so good I put mango on my weekend grocery list!
Hi JESSIE!!!
The crunches are my favorite (is that weird) and that is why I did the circuit 4x and added 100+ crunches to the end of it. I don’t know what I love them.
Love how the olympics can inspire! Happens to me too 🙂
I get horrible anxiety watching the swimmers!!! It’s awful lol
The protein waffle mix just needs water and eggs! SO GOOD. I got it at Vitamin shoppe.
IT WAS AMAZING:) I only like mango flavored things, not mangos alone!
xo
Your posts are always so inspiring. I’ve been struggling to lose weight(I need to drop 20-25lbs) and your posts just motivate me to get out there and work for it. You look fantastic!
Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
I am late to the party, but I’m thinking about starting it tonight! Although, I have golf league but I think that counts as walking…it’s a hilly course!
What did you do this weekend?
We went to Lawn Game Olympics and represented Sweden. Badminton, cornhole, sticks, and kanjam. It was lots of fun. This weekend, we are going to the race track in Saratoga, NY…can’t wait!
Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
yes! but we don’t do it nearly enough
Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
yes, yes, yes! I used to swim, so I love watching that…also, I love watching diving and gymnastics. Katie Ledecky is a beast..love her.
Hi Kate!
Thanks so much 🙂 Just have to change some things in your lifestyle and you’ll get there!
Golf league MOST DEF counts as walking.
Have so much fun in Saratoga. Gorgeous up that way!
It’s the best!
I love watching those events too!!!
xo
Did you come up with that workout or did you find it somewhere?! That’s INTENSE! I think I’ll try it out sometime. How long did it take for you to complete?
Hi Linda!
I came up with it based on my own workout schedule and my goals 🙂 They are workouts I love to do. The workout for that last circuit was about an hour!
Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
Yes, my husband and I are doing our own type of workouts at home and at the gym and are trying to eat healthier. It’s so much easier when you have someone else to push you along.
What did you do this weekend?
Went for a bike ride on Saturday morning through the woods. It was 80 degrees and absolutely beautiful. I also went to the trailer races. I’ve never seen anything like it before, thirty trucks with all sorts of random trailers hooked up to them race around and wreck into each other until only one is moving. It was entertaining and terrifying at the same time lol.
Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
Yes, my husband likes to make french toast for dinner every once in a while.
Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
Unfortunately no.
I love the picture of your dog in front of the truck by the way. I love old trucks (and dogs for that matter).
It is definitely easier when you have someone else to inspire and push you! My friends and I love working out together.
Sounds like you had a beautiful and active weekend! That race DOES SOUND CRAZY!! what an experience.
MMM Is your husband a pretty good cook??
Thanks so much! He is so good at photos!
Hope you have a good weekend!
Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
Yes or at least I’m trying to. I loved that you put together another challenge. I did the July Challenge and stayed on track but this month has been way busier so I’m just hoping I’m able to keep up.
What did you do this weekend?
I had the best weekend because I got engaged! So my weekend was fill with family, friends, and lots of love.
Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
Yes, I love brinner.
Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
I’m trying. I enjoy watching the Olympics, it’s just hard finding the time to. Good thing there is DVR
Hope you have a fun and safe trip!!
Hi Amanda!
Thats great you kept up with the july fitness challenge! LOVE hearing that.
CONGRATS ON GETTING ENGAGED. THAT IS SO FUN AND EXCITING!!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!
BRINNER ALL DAY. (well for dinner haha)
DVR FOR THE WIN! 🙂
The trip was great and I can’t wait to share it!
Hi Taralynn! I’m so happy you are continuing the fit challenge into August and yes! I will hopefully be doing as much as I can of it! I used to be super fit but lost motivation the past three years and gained 30 pounds! 🙁 So I’m trying hard to not only lose the weight but get back into shape. I tend to blame my weight gain on my job ( I work an hour away from home as a store manager at Hollister) but I know it’s just that I haven’t put forth that extra effort. It’s easier to make unhealthy choices especially working in a mall! I’m hoping this challenge will help me keep on track!
This weekend I worked 🙁 It was tax free weekend in Missouri so that was pretty stressful..
I love breakfast! I’ve stopped drinking alcohol at night ( a glass of wine or a beer after work) so now I just try to get to bed early so that I can wake up and eat breakfast! Lol! But yes I love it anytime also!
Hi Emily!
I know how easy it is to fall off the wagon. I’ve done it tons of times. The great thing is that you can get right back on it. I know that when I used to work at the mall, I found myself buying mall food all the time, especially when others were eating it around me. I started packing snacks/lunches and leaving all my cards in the car or at home. It saves you from having them to buy mall food!
I bet you had a crazy busy weekend! Luckily it’s over with.
Great that you’ve cut the wine. That can add up! I’d start focusing on getting fit and not necessarily “the weight” and let it all happen gradually with a new lifestyle! Never ever diet. & it’s awesome you’re getting up to eat breakfast! most important part of the day!
Spent the weekend at our county fair. Always so much fun. Rodeos and Bull Riding are our favorites. Also spent the day Sunday scouting new places for my husband and I to hunt in the fall! It was cool and rainy, the perfect day.
Sunday night we made your Healthy Chicken Nuggets recipe. SO GOOD! Plus, my husband has not quit talking about them! Always a good thing 😉 Will definitely be making them again, if not weekly by his request.
Not a fan of breakfast for dinner, probably because I’m not a fan of breakfast food normally.
We have not been keeping up with the Olympics. We only have Netflix at our house. BUT I just learned last night you can watch online. So I think I will be doing that now 🙂
Hi Katie!
I bet that was so fun. There is something about the fair that just screams SUMMER. I don’t know why I’m rushing into fall when summer has so many fun things going on! Sounds like you and your husband had a great weekend together 🙂
REALLY!?!?! I love hearing that!! Kyle is obsessed with them. You can try them with different meats too! Steak or fish nuggets are good.
Funny how we all like different things!
yes you can! I’ve been watching bits and pieces online. LOVE keeping up with the swimmers and the inspiring stories of the athletes. Crazy how mentally strong they are!
I love those Grumples photos, he’s so cute. I hope you have a fun trip! I would love a post about travel packing (I’m getting ready for a big trip) and suggestions on snacks to take are helpful!
1. Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
Yes! It’s so fun, I love interacting with other participants on Instagram. It helps to have a community with like-minded goals!
2. What did you do this weekend?
I went to an Olympics party to watch the opening ceremonies, went sailing, did a bike ride, and did some dog walking.
3. Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
I am, but I haven’t made that for years. I should do that this week!
4. Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
Yes! I know some of the fencing team members so I’ve been watching them and of course the highlights of swimming/gymnastics/beach volleyball because it’s so fun to watch.
Hi Jenny!
Thank you for the kind words about Grumples. I love him so much and my phone has like 500+ photos of just him. I have to keep myself from posting ALL OF THEM ALL THE TIME. I love traveling and packing all depends on where I’m going and how long I’m going to be there.
Love that you’re participating 🙂
Sounds like such a fun and active weekend!
YES BREAKFAST FOR DINNER FOR THE WIN!
That is SO COOL. I love watching beach volleyball and the swimming!
Are you joining the August Fit Challenge?
I am going to try! I just read through your post today and will try to start from tomorrow on!
What did you do this weekend?
I visited a friend in Philadelphia and went to the beach in New Jersey. It was so HOT all weekend.
Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner?
One of my all time favorite dinners is Brinner (breakfast for dinner). Tastes even more delicious at night time.
Are you guys keeping up with the Olympics!?
I have not been unfortunately. We are in the middle of switching to a new cable provider and have no way to watch it! I’ve been keeping up with the equestrian sports as much as I can (mostly from social media) as I am a horseback rider too.
Where did you get that white off the shoulder shirt in your pictures? it’s SO cute!!
HI Kelly!
The great thing about the challenge is that you don’t have to go in order or follow it exactly. You can get motivated form other’s and ideas from the post! Love that you’re joining!
I bet it was a hot one on the beach, but fun!
So cool that you’re a horseback rider! So unique.
I got it at Express!
xo & thank you!!
Hi Taralynn!!
I would love to join your August Fit Challenge but am not sure how to!? Do I just complete the workouts posted in each blog post or should I be looking somewhere else?!
Thanks & happy working out!!
The challenge is just a list of workouts that i’ll be doing that you can do for fun and follow along on the challenge’s instagram if you want to! There are not rules or set ways to join.
http://simplytaralynn.com/2016/08/05/25-day-august-fit-challenge-?/
Above is the link to this month’s challenge! It’s so fun.
xo xo OH & the instagram for the challenge is instagram.com/simplytaralynnfitchallenge
Thank you!!! Count me in! 🙂
Woo hooo!!
Ah, girlfriend, you look so happy! It’s so great to see. I wrote last week about how we were celebrating our anniversary in the comments and it was amazing!! You said to come back and tell you about it sooo… ( https://mackmarie.com/2016/08/04/a-majestic-kind-of-lyfe/ ). If you don’t have time to read, let me tell ya, go to Monterey! It’s incredible. Also- heck yes- breakfast for dinner <3 <3 I love making pumpkin french toast (especially in the fall) for dinner and omelets too. Your suggestion to add garlic powder to my eggs forever changed my life, just so you know. Keep shining on, beautiful!
Hi Mackenzie!
Very happy 🙂 Thank you so much for coming back and sharing your anniversary with me. Loved your post and now I’m hungry! I will definitely add Monterey on my list. Pumpkin french toast!! AHHH…IS IT PUMPKIN SEASON YET? Seriously…best thing ever on eggs!! Now try it with white american cheese.
🙂
1.I am trying my best to at least do SOME of the challenges. I try to squeeze them in in my free time 🙂
2.I went home for our family reunion. It was great! Waaaay too much unhealthy good food though haha. But I indulged because it was a special occasion.
3.I’m not a fan of breakfast at actual breakfast time, because I have a hard time eating so early (working on that as I know breakfast is important), so eating it for dinner is perfect for me!
4.I don’t have cable so I haven’t been watching the Olympics sadly. But I love seeing everyone’s posts on facebook 😛
Love love these recap posts, as usual. You look so perfectly happy 🙂
Love that you’re doing some of the workouts! I squeezed a workout in this morning during some free time on the trip. Cant wait to get back full force tomorrow!
Gotta indulge every now and then. I most certainly did on this trip. Macaroons & mini cheesecakes…yum!
NOT A FAN OF BREAKFAST? ARE YOU HUMAN? 😉 lol
I try to catch up online and at my boyfriends house. I got rid of cable (only local stations) and I love it.
& thank you so much for the kind words!
I can’t believe all of my favorite bloggers are together!
We had such a great time! 🙂
I should not have read this before lunch–so much goodness! Ive been loving gymnastics and swimming although I wish it didnt go so late in to the night!
Hi Heather! Sorry if it made you hungry 😉
yes it does go so late!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE having breakfast for dinner, and I am a weirdo in the fact that I like eating lunch/dinner food in the morning. Especially leftover from a restaurant or pizza. Have you tried making hash brown waffles yet in your waffle maker? They are sooo good! Plus you can make them savory or sweet! I am loving your august fit challenge, I am doing my own class though right now following the BBX program and it is kicking my butt! Have fun on your trip and can’t wait to read about it! Also only 25 more day’s till pumpkin season, since I know you’re a fan like me!!
Hi Ashton!
I feel so weird eating lunch/dinner food in the morning and if breakfast is skipped, I feel robbed. (but leftover pizza is REALLLLY GOOD anytime of the day) We just got the waffle maker, so no, but I’m going to have to try! 🙂 Do you use any special recipe?
The August fit challenge has been fun/hard so far! I love keeping up with the workouts and even in the hotel room on my trip.
PUMPKIN SEASON! OH…you’ll appreciate this. GENERAL MLLS HAS PUMPKIN SPICE CHEERIOS!!! & IT’S BETTER THAN ANY PUMPKIN SPICED PRODUCT OUT THERE!
I think you’re the only person that can compete with my coffee obsession! quick question for you… I spend way to much on coffee so am thinking about getting an espresso maker for at home. Do you have an espresso maker or have any experience with them? What brand or machine do you recommend?
I use the Nespresso maker when it comes to making lattes and cappuccinos. I also buy all the pods on Amazon! 🙂 I have tons of other posts using it. Here is the link if you want to look at it!
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ILLV3JC/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00ILLV3JC&linkCode=as2&tag=undresskelet-20&linkId=6fbfa6848d990f7b24911329c1b407c4
Your waffle stack is making me hungry. Can’t wait for your hash brown recipe! Enjoy CANADA!
Thank you! Canada was wonderful. Wish I would have had more time to explore.
I’ll get that hash brown recipe up as soon as I can.
xo xo
Thank you for blogging through the night! I loved reading this on the way home from work. I get so bored on the metro!
You’re welcome! Jealous you’re in D.C.! LOVE IT THERE.
Hi Taralynn,
Hope you’re enjoying your time in CANADA!!!
1. I’m not specifically following the challenge, I’ve been going to physio to rehab a running injury but the challenge definitely motivates me to keep moving in some way!
2. It was my best friend’s birthday on the weekend so a few of us went camping, white water rafting and tubing! It was such a blast and such beautiful weather. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!
3.Breakfast for dinner is literally my favourite thing- breakfast any time is my favourite! I’m excited to hear about these protein waffles!
4. I’m trying to keep up with the Olympics, I don’t have cable at my place so I just try to watch when I come to work. I work in a long term care facility so there are always a least a couple resident watching!
🙂
Hey Jillian!
I love that the challenge can keep you motivated to keep moving. That is great. I hope the rehab is going well and you’re close to recovering. That is NO FUN!
That sounds like such a fun birthday! White water rafting is so much fun. I haven’t done it in years!
Breakfast anytime for sure. They protein waffles were awesome and a great healthy alternative.
I don’t have cable either (horrible distraction) but I keep up with it online and at my boyfriends house! You can just creep in on the resident’s screens! 🙂
xo xo
& Canada was GREAT!
hotties!
thanks girl 😉
Love your hair!
Thank you!
