Matcha Super Green Tea

I’ve been all about Matcha super green tea lately. I bought this blend over at Earthfare and have been obsessed with it. It calms me before bed, relaxes my body after a workout, and takes away bad cravings.

Instead of adding sugar cubes to give it a sweet touch, I add crystalized ginger. Ginger is really good for calming the stomach and I think it helps me handle anxiety the natural way.

  2. I love that tip about the candied ginger! Ginger green tea is one of my favorite flavors, but sometimes its hard to find in stores. The crystallized ginger sounds like it would be a super yummy twist (as opposed to just a slice of regular ginger) to try when I can’t find it 🙂
