Last week, I did a sponsored post for Blue Apron. I fell in love with the whole concept, the meals were outstanding and I had a blast making them and so I ordered a subscription for myself! I used the link they provided and got two meals free too 🙂 I also ordered one for my brother and his Fiancé! They love to cook and Blue Apron offers Pescetarian options.
I love that Blue Apron makes me try food outside of my norm. I would never eat mushrooms or tomato paste on a burger, but it’s surprisingly good. I never thought I’d EVER eat a mushroom. I have a couple more meals to make this week that I’m excited about, especially the one with cod! You can find their recipe for the burger here! I tried remaking the Laotion Larb Gai but it didn’t come out the same as the one the provided. I think the ingredients made a difference.
My meal looked like it came out of a restaurant last night and I was very impressed with it’s outcome. It was spicy, tangy, and full of beefy flavor. It was so filling that I’ll be eating the other half for lunch today!
Wow! That looks fantastic! I am not a huge fan of mushrooms either, but I’d eat that. haha.
I have this meal coming on Saturday! Along with a chicken salad and a cod!
prepare yourself for deliciousness!
Looks quite gourmet indeed! 🙂
mmmmmm!
I can’t eat mushrooms but this still looks delicious! 🙂 I really want to try Blue Apron. I eat the same meals every week and this would be a great way to branch out!!
UGH. This looks amazing!
I thought it is from restaurant! 😀 you are good!
I don’t usually enjoy the taste of beef, but that looks delicious!
