I woke up around six on Sunday morning. The bird outside my window was singing the same melody on a high C note for twenty minutes and didn’t want me to sleep in. As soon as I got out of bed, it stopped. I guess it was a good thing because I forgot to set my alarm and it was Palm Sunday. I spent my morning drinking coffee, with a bowl of cheerios, and watching Safe Haven on T.V. before church.
After mass, we headed over to have our traditional Sunday breakfast. I ordered the same, egg white farmhouse omelet without cheese or mushrooms and a side of wheat toast with home fries. I usually pawn off my home fries because I’m not a fan.
After church, we headed over to Nick’s baseball practice. While he practiced, I ran the track nearby. I felt like I was in high school again.
They were still practicing after I got done with my run and so I headed to the car to grab a book that I’ve been reading, “It Was Me All Along” by Andie Mitchell. It’s one of the best books I’ve ever read when it comes to body image issues. It’s like reading a book written about my life. I have a couple chapters left and then I’ll write a post about it.
After practice, we headed uptown to Enso’s for Sushi with my family!
Boy would I love to spend a day with you!
that’s not at all terrifying.
Taralynn is a blogger. She’s bound to have fans. For those fans to want to spend a day with her doesn’t make them ‘terrifying’, it makes them ‘fans’. Now, had she said, “Boy would I love to sleep in your closet and watch you while you eat”, THAT would be terrifying. It just shows how few people enjoy spending time with you, heather.
Go through the comments she’s left, riyo. Insult me all you want, too(it’s the Internet, honey, we dont know each other and I dont CARE about you), but do go through some comments. They’re disturbing.
I’ve heard of that book. She’s a blogger too, right?
My palm Sunday was AWESOME! Actually, the chaplain from the college I graduated from was the guest speaker and it was one of the best messages I’ve ever heard!
