When it comes to shopping, I love boutiques, antique stores, and consignment shops.
On Wednesday, Emilee and I went to a couple boutiques.
One of my favorite boutiques is in Southend.
Blush boutique!
It’s right on the corner! It’s hard not to spend all of your money in there. There was this one white and gold top that I am smacking myself in the head for not buying and I’ll probably pick it up later today.
I loved this bright pink shirt that said dream.
After stopping at Blush, we went to Dilworth to shop at Handpicked.
They had all the fall necessities out! Their scarves are so unique. I’ll have to stop in before France to pick some up.
When I was checking out, they had already had my information in the computer. I was kind of shocked, but apparently I had already shopped there during the spring in Charleston and I totally forgot.
I picked up mostly jewelry there. Really cute earrings!
A new cross necklace.
And new bangles!
They had all of their bracelets half off, so I took advantage of the sale!
If you have any boutiques/shops in the south you think I would love, let me know!
You are going to France and Mexico? Please tell!!
Head west of Charlotte to Belmont! They have some adorable little shops downtown. Don’t miss tastebuds popcorn shop for tons of flavors of popcorn. Take your pooch to Happy Dog Café and spoil him rotten!
Oh my, boutiques are my weakness! These look so beautiful Taralynn, you’re so lucky to have such precious little shops! I wonder if they do shipping? I would love those bracelets and the dream shirt 🙂

You have to go to Altar’d State! It’s based out of my hometown of Knoxville, TN, but there are stores all over the south, there are three in North Carolina. Everything in there is so beautiful and unique. And the best part is that they are a Christian-based company, a lot of the things sold there, part of the sales goes to charity. Here’s their website: http://www.altardstate.com/
Maybe someday you’ll take a trip to Tennessee. It’s wonderful here! Especially Knoxville (my hometown) and Chattanooga (where I live now), lots of wonderful shops, boutiques, and restaurants. I know you would enjoy it! 🙂
I absolutely love your blog! Keep doing what you’re doing! 🙂
What cute little shops there are! Kinda wish I lived in that part of town.
love everything you bought!
Wow I didn’t know you were going to Mexico too, that’s wonderful! I just read that Charlotte, NC was one of the top social cities for sportsy/active people and thought of you! Seems like you’re where you belong.
Hi there! So I’m going to give you a tip for your France trip! Don’t bring any scarfs with you! Or at least not a lot. I’ve to France and in Paris they practically sell scarfs on every corner. And they are super cute! And you will save a bit of packing room on the way there!:) happy travels and can’t wait to read about your trip!
The anchor top looks really cute!
You have such great taste! 😉
LB’s Southern Specialities is a super cute store in Belmont, NC. I graduated with the owner, Lawson. She started selling local produce in high school. She continued throughout college and expanded her business from just produce to all sorts of things. Her Belmont store is located in the Mass General Store. You would absolutely LOVE the shop!

You should check out ivy & leo! I work at the one in Raleigh, NC were a small family owned boutique based out of Charlotte. (Very similar to Vestique, we actually have one around the corner from us)
Happy shopping : )
Love that dress, it will look so cute!
Pretty sure she’s an orthorexic twat.
