Strawberry Pineapple Flaxseed Protein Shake
I had an early dinner yesterday before working out. I got hungry later in the night and decided to make a protein shake. It had 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 2 cups strawberry flavored water, 2 cups ice, 3 scoops Genisoy protein powder, 1 packet stevia, and 2 tbsps of ground flaxseed.
Protein shakes are so much easier when you don’t feel like eating too much later in the night or preparing food.

I have been loving smoothies/acai bowls/anything with fruit! It’s so hot right now that it makes drinks for meals that much more refreshing!
