Breakfast: Smoothie & Cereal
It’s been one of those days where I’ve only left the room to get food, coffee, use the restroom and to take Grumples out. When I’m focussed on getting work done, I like to hibernate in my room until it’s finished. For breakfast, I made a protein smoothie and a bowl of cereal with berries.
-The smoothie had mixed frozen fruit, ice, protein powder, water, stevia, and 1/2 a banana. Click here for smoothie recipes
-The cereal had raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, fiber one cereal and almond milk.
