Before Samantha, Paulina and I went shopping, we stopped at Hickory Tavern Raw Bar & Grill for a light lunch. I had eggs and a smoothie a couple hours before, so Paulina and I split the fiesta salad. They brought it out in separate bowls. It was perfect because I wasn’t too hungry, but I knew if I didn’t eat I’d be starving before dinner. We didn’t plan on eating dinner until late late night. The restaurant had a lot on their menu and would be perfect for any dietary needs.
The salad had bbq chicken (weird on a fiesta salad, I know, but it worked) tortilla strips, romaine, corn, black beans, and pico, and fiesta ranch. After lunch we headed to Concord Mills to shop the day away.

I love Hickory Tavern! My boyfriend and I go there whenever we go see his family in NC, I didn’t realize there were multiple locations.
