Hey there!
I feel like I’ve been away from the blog for several days and wanted to do a catch up post. It’ll be short since I’m running out the door in ten minutes, but as I always say, “one post is better than no post.”
Today, Samantha came banging on my door early to go for a long workout. Taralynn doesn’t do anything without coffee, so I hurried up and made a fresh pot of coffee before we headed out.
After our seven miles, we were greater with these delicious treats at the clubhouse!
After I got back to my place, I made a quick breakfast before our long drive and day full of shopping. I made a mango protein shake and eggs. I’ll post that recipe tomorrow!
We shopped a good five hours today and probably hacked on eight more miles to our day. I didn’t mind tho! I LOVE new clothes!
After shopping, Paulina, Samantha, and I stopped for some froyo! Tonight we’re going to get margaritas at a Mexican restaurants and then go out Uptown!
Before I let some of the other photos on my Instagram fade away, I wanted to share some of them on my blog! This is a bouquet from Paulina. Her husband is allergic to flowers and she is obsessed with them, so buys them for me so she can enjoy them. Makes total sense 😉
A couple days ago I made a protein shake with genisoy protein, 1 banana, 1 cup of kale, 1 cup of spinach, 2 cups ice, 2 cups water, and one packet of Truvia mango mix.
Oh! And yesterday I made almond joy cookies that were to die for! I’ll also be posting that recipe tomorrow
And last night, my dinner was all about the greens. Broccoli, salad, and kale! Plus chicken:) I have recipes for the kale coming up too.
And like most nights, I end them with popcorn and a good movie!
I’ll make sure to fit in those posts tomorrow! Have a great weekend 🙂

Sounds faaannnn frickin’ fabulous. 7 miles. of running and then some? I love shopping because it doesn’t feel like a workout when t could be with heavy bags and awesome sales running to and from stores 🙂

I guess I shouldn’t have gotten married and had kids so young! Than I’d be able to enjoy going out to eat all the time, working out without rush, and have enjoyable shopping trips. Lol. Kidding! I love my life. But you seriously look like your living it up all the time. Which is the way to live! 🙂

Are you training for a race, or following some other plan? I am trying to find the right balance of carbs to run longer distances, but also lean out. It’s kinda tricky!

Taralynn! I have been following you for years now. I would like to see another Vegan challenge. I am a vegetarian trying to go Vegan and recipes are the hardest things to come up with!
Just an Idea! -Taylor
