Pre Run Parfait!

I can’t workout without having something in my stomach. (working out and breakfast post) So before my run today, I whipped up a quick parfait!

The parfait had 6 ounces of Greek yogurt, 1 large banana, 1/2 cup Special K cereal, and blueberries. I did a quick 3 mile run and then swam some laps in the pool.

  3. This looks so good! I have a hard time working on an empty stomach as well. I love the bowl that your parfait is in, I thought it was a wine glass at first which I love eating parfaits out of when I’m feeling fancy!

  4. This looks so good! The only thing I would be hesitant about is the Special K cereal. It’s been known to have more sugar than cereals like Reeses Puff. People would be quite surprised about that.
