Banana Kale Protein Shake

I have been hard at work today finishing up the new website www.youngincharlotte.com I am really excited about this and can’t wait to get everything rolling. Around two, I realized I forgot to eat lunch, but was way too lazy to make anything, so I quickly whipped up a protein shake to make up for it.

Protein shakes are my favorite because they are quick and packed with nutrients.

In the blender, I added two cups of ice, three ups of water, 2 cups of kale, 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 scoops of genisoy protein powder, 1 packet stevia blend crystal light, 1/2 large banana, and blended it all together!

  1. That’s it? Honestly that should probably be a snack, not an entire meal.

    1. It really doesn’t matter how many calories are in one meal as long as you eat throughout the day and get enough calories.
