Finally. Life is falling into place, where it’s supposed to fall. No more moving around, (for now) no more having my stuff all over the U.S., no more changing mailing addresses, no more packing, no more unpacking, no more leaving friends, and no more unsettling feelings. I have been waiting about a month for my new apartment to get finished. I moved in Yesterday, and of course, my girls came over to celebrate. My parents are coming up today with all of the stuff from my storage unit, so I’ll have furniture and my belongings. I didn’t mind sleeping on the floor last night though. It was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. I was exhausted from moving what I had down here into the apartment that is there floors up.
Paulina brought over dinner and wine for everyone. (honestly, she is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet) She even brought me flowers.
She made an argula salad. It was tossed in olive oil
I made roasted zucchini. It had garlic and herb, light soy sauce, and brown sugar.
The salad also had cranberries, mixed nuts, and croutons. It was perfect topped with steak.
I cooked the zucchini on 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
I know there is nothing classy about paper plates, but it’ll have to do until I get my stuff today. The salad was delicious and the perfect way to end the night. I really love it here.

Hi Taralynn! I’m fairly new to your blog but I’ve been loving reading your posts! I have a question though. I really like the little pink bag you carried everywhere during your Hampton trip in 2011. It seems like the perfect size for walking around and goes well with any outfit! Can you tell me where the bag is from? Thank you in advance!

Paper plates may not be classy, but at least there is less dishes.
