We have been killing our walks! Yesterday was day four and we reached close to 35 miles! Giving up my technology at night and replacing it with walks has been one of the best decisions I’ve made lately!
The views on our walks aren’t that bad either! Especially when the sun sets!
I have been fueling up on oats and cutting my coffee down to 1-2 cups a day! I’ve been drinking a lot more water too.

That looks so yummy!!! It’s been a bit Chilli here to do the walks but I’m definitely inspired to do it once it warms up!

Hi! Just reading your two posts today I just have a thought about what could be contributing to your cramping. Oats! I know it sounds silly but my doctor diagnosed me with an oat allergy. Everytime I eat oats (oatmeal, granola etc) I get beyond painful cramp where I have to lie down and take painkillers all day. Could be worth investigating?
