Work Lunch: 2 slices tjs light wheat bread, 3 slices oven roasted Tofurky topped with spinach, matchstick carrots and a little siracha. Sides include: Lesser Evil Feta crisps and 1/4c Oikos Plain Greek yogurt, mixed with 1tsp agave nectar and topped with 3 blacken errors and 1tbs pomegranate seeds. @lindseyecooley
