I love making protein smoothies for breakfast, before the gym, or when I need a pick-me-up. I’ve cut my caffeine intake, too. I used to drink at least 4 cups of coffee a day. Now I’m drinking one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The energy in my green shakes keep me feeling great without the caffeine and I don’t get a crash.

My protein shake had 1/2 Large banana, 1/2 apple, 1 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 cups ice, 1 cup fresh kale, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 packet True Lemon, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder!
