Why 500 Calories? It’s easy to overeat, but also easy to under-eat. If you know the amount of calories that are in your meals, it’ll be easier to avoid under eating and overeating. Both will stop you from weight loss goals. If you under eat, you will damage your metabolism, put yourself in harm, and slow your weight loss goals. Talk to your doctor about how many calories you should be consuming per day before jumping into a new weight loss plan.
