Running Blog & Sushi for Dinner

Running in the fall is my favorite. I take advantage of the gorgeous weather. Michigan does have beautiful running paths. I feel like I’m running through a fairy tale land. It’s majestic and tranquil.

About thirty minutes before my run, I have a pre-workout snack. Everyone’s body calls for different pre-workout fuels. Some don’t like dairy, some do. Some can’t eat fruit, some can. You should try different fuels and see which one works best for you.
I like to have a cup of Greek yogurt, fruit, almond flour, and a boiled egg!

After my run, I make sure to rehydrate!

One of my favorite quick post-workout protein snacks is hard-boiled eggs. I keep them boiled and store them in my refrigerator for a quick grab.

The other day after my run, I met up with a friend for a nail and sushi date! I love love love sushi. I remember when I wouldn’t even touch it. Now, I can’t get enough.
I had sushi on my brain during my run!

After a 7 mile run, I deserved some delicious sushi! We went to Asahi after getting our nails done and went sushi crazy.

We ordered the spicy tuna, St Patrick’s roll, yellow tail, and an avocado salmon roll.
Sushi is healthy, but should eaten in moderation!

I had leftovers, so yesterday, for lunch, I topped a salad with spicy tuna rolls!

OMG!!! It’s such beauty!!! I can not believe that autumn can be so magically! <3
oh..Do you cook homemade sushi? I love it, but it expensive and in the restaurant it can be not healthy.
with love <3
