Sunday Morning Rain is Fallin’

I truthfully love rainy Sundays. It reminds me to relax and lay around the house! I always feel like I have to be doing something. The rain is my cure.

This morning after having my coffee and walking the Grumples,  I headed over to the fields to play back to back slow pitch softball with our team. I snacked on strawberries, peaches, pluots, and sliced almonds from the Eastern Market in downtown Detroit.

After coming home from the game; I had to dry off from the rain. I started a load of laundry, made fresh coffee, and hopped in bed to cuddle up with Mr. Grumples and watch a movie. We watched Fried Green Tomatoes. It’s one of my favorites! It makes me miss Valdosta!

A little later I whipped up a random salad. Random salads are always my favorite. This one had strawberries, lettuce greens, summer rolls, egg whites, Mediterranean Terra chips, almonds, gluten free pretzels, and light poppy seed dressing.
