This is going to be one of those “I’m so tired, but here’s an update” post! My eyes are drooping but I feel the need to make one more post before the week is over.
My weekend has flown by! I woke up at 6 am on Saturday to do some volunteer work and didn’t get home until 2 pm. I was too lazy to cook so I stopped and picked up a salad at Salad Creations. (My favorite place)
I fell asleep at nine last night! That’s sounds like one exciting Saturday, right?
This morning I woke up around 6 am to make rice Krispies for the team. I could have made them last night, but I think they taste better the same day they are made.
The rice krispies were delicious. I used the original rice krispies recipe and doubled the batch. I added 1 cup of white chocolate into the butter and marshmallow mixture. I heated the marshmallows, white chocolate and butter on low heat with the stove top. It takes a little longer but I think the microwave method makes the rice krispies hard. Mine came out very soft and chewy. I topped them with a white chocolate drizzle and mini m&ms.

Salad: Iceberg lettuce, hard boiled eggs, bell pepper, red onion, red bell pepper, avocado, tomato, cucumber, almonds, walnuts, and poppy seed dressing
Vegan Zucchini Pizzas: Muir Glen Pizza Sauce, Vegan Gourmet Shreds Cheese, and Zucchinis!
Dessert: Strawberries, Almonds, Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips, and Chocolate Vega Protein Powder mixed with Almond Milk!
