I’m all about quick and easy dinners. This is certainly one of those. It’s microwaved but doesn’t come from a box! If you don’t have steamer bags in your house, I’d definitely recommend getting some.
– I chopped up the squash and placed it in a steamer bag. I microwaved it for seven minutes and scooped the squash out with a spoon.
-The shrimp took about 45 seconds to cook in the steamer bags.
-To flavor the shrimp, I sprinkled a little Parmesan with garlic on top.
-I used the same steamer bag to cook the broccolini for three minutes in the microwave.
-For my dipping sauce, I mixed 1/2 tablespoon of sweet red chili sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce.
