In honor of Georgia, I made a peach tea protein smoothie to refuel after my workout. I really miss the south. I don’t know how many times I say it, but I can’t wait to go back. For good.
Today’s workout consisted of 45 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes of weights, and 10 minutes of ab workouts. Too cool down, I took my dog for a little 30 minute walk.
Peach Tea Vanilla Protein Smoothie:
-1/2 Ripe Peach
-2 Cups Unsweetened Tea
-1/2 Cup Ice
-1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
-1 Packet Stevia
and a little raw unsweetened coconut sprinkled on top!
Blend together!
