This is going to be a fast post, as I am forcing my eyes to stay open. I am exhausted. I was out all day getting things done, running around for hours at the park and just finished a kick ass run. Jeremy has been in Phoenix and I miss him (having pity party by myself.) Earlier I used my indoor grill to grill red onion and asparagus. I tossed the grilled veggies in lemon juice, chopped fresh chives, garlic powder and black pepper. I placed them in the fridge to cool.
After my grilled veggies cooled, I added edamame and 1 tsp of vinegar. I heated up some leftover salmon to go with it. Now I am going to go crawl back into my lonely pity party and turn on Netflix until I fall asleep.
