A Smoothie & A Workout Before My Workout

A little green smoothie before my road trip & after my workout today! I’m heading further south and will have tons of downtime to catch up on my post 😉 I’m also crazy excited to get some pictures today!
Morning workout
-1/2 mile on the treadmill at 6.5 speed.
-25 lunges
-25 sit-ups
-30 jump squats
-1-minute plank
-1-minute plank on left side
-1-minute plank on right side
-50 jumping jacks
-15 burpees
-1 minute high knees
-3-minute jumping rope
-25 crunches
-20 push-ups
-50 right leg lifts
-50 left leg lifts
Repeat three times!

Today’s Smoothie:
2 Cups Spinach, 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Ice, 1 Cup Pineapple, 1 Cup Mango, 1 Tsp Almond Extract, 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1 Packet Truvia!

I’m having so much fun lately with all these smoothies! I also feel amazing with the extra nutrients I am feeding my body.
