Next time you have your friends over for breakfast make a “Build Your Own French Toast Skewer” bar! It’s so simple and a great way to stay healthy!
Crack an egg into a small bowl. Add 3 egg whites along with egg.
Add 2 Tsp Cinnamon.
Cut 4 Pieces of Sara Lee bread into 8 tiny squares per slice.
Do a fast dip into the egg mixture.
Cook each side of toast for 1 minute.
Pick out your favorite fruits to add to the sticks! I chose blackberry, grapes, strawberries and bananas.
I sprinkled 1 tsp of powdered sugar over all of the toast and a 1/4 cup of light syrup.
Each skewer is approximately 35 calories.
