Shrimp & Orange Teriyaki Steamed Vegetables!

Dinner tonight:
1 serving shrimp, 2 cups broccoli, 1 cup diced butternut squash, 1/2 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup summer squash, 1/2 red bell pepper steamed in the microwave with 1 tbsp of fresh squeezed orange, 1 tsp low sodium Teriyaki and 1//2 tbsp minced garlic. This was a quick and healthy dinner!
My exercise was very light today. A three mile walk with my dog and a thirty minute cardio session at the gym. I am still sore from my workout yesterday. I don’t think I could do much more if I wanted. It’s smart to give your body a rest.
