Grilled Zucchini Spaghetti Squash

As I type this, I can feel every muscle in my body ache. Yesterday’s workout was intense. Our instructor was a semi-pro basketball player. Our workout consisted of weight training, obstacles, sprints, extreme abs, push ups, planks, squats, jumping jacks, bear crawls, lunges, jumps, and the list goes on.
After that workout, I needed to walk it out. I made a quick protein shake, grabbed fresh fruit, and took my dog over to the park. We walked a couple miles breathing in the fresh Georgia spring air.
After cleaning the house and catching up on the Biggest Loser, I made dinner. (GO DANNI!) We are running low on groceries, so I improvised with what we had in the house. I’m not sure what to call it, but I ended up with this…
Grilled zucchini topped with: spaghetti squash, tomato paste, garlic, and Whole Food’s edamane and black bean salad. I had a large bowl of popcorn topped with dark chocolate chips and almond for dessert.
Now, I need to hit up Whole Foods!
