Being clumsy is not ideal, but today my clumsiness created a magical concoction. As I was making a chocolate protein smoothie, I accidentally dropped a blueberry into the protein mix. I was not going to let the blueberry go to waste, so I ate it. My eyes lit up instantly. I tasted like brownie batter. I put the blender away and decided to take a new route for my post work out snack.
Only Two Ingredients:
1 Cup of Blueberries & 1/2 Scoop Vega Chocolate Protein Smoothie Powder.
Vega purchased at Whole Foods.
I only used 1/2 scoop of the mix. If you plan on using a full scoop, add another cup of blueberries.
-Rinse blueberries and drain. (don’t dry them off. The powder will stick to the damp blueberries)
-Pour mix over the blueberries
Mix together until blueberries are coated.
This is a perfect pre/post workout snack.
The mix is dairy free, vegan, gluten free, soy free and all plant based.
Nutrition: 110 Calories, 1.2 g Fat, 22 g Carbs, 7 g Fiber, 7.5 g Protein
