I’m not afraid to admit that I have a peanut butter addiction. It’s so bad. I can’t keep peanut butter in my house or I’ll eat the entire jar. My life was saved when I was introduced to PB2 a  couple years ago. I use PB2 as my peanut butter substitute when I get the craving. For a snack today, I sprinkled a little PB2 over my popcorn and it tasted so yummy!

Use air popped popcorn. If you don’t have an air popper, you can pop it in the microwave using a paper sack. This is a great low calorie snack with a little extra fiber and protein!
