- Asparagus
- Coconut Yogurt
- Sliced Almonds
- Chia Seeds
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Bananas
- Spaghetti Squash
This morning I made a trip to wholefoods to pick up some groceries for the day. I wanted to try a healthy ice cream recipe from Dalis Connell , so I picked up those ingredients as well. (posting asap) I also wanted grilled asparagus and spaghetti squash for dinner. If you haven’t been to Whole Foods lately, their spaghetti squash are the size of pumpkins! I usually use Silk brand for almond milk but after trying the 365 brand I’ll never go back! Silk is still a really great brand, I just love the 365 taste. Of course I took my pup along for the ride 🙂
Hi Taralynn,
I had a very slow week at work, and I was browsing my pinned recipes: one thing led to another I red your whole blog frmo start to finish! (thank you for making my week more fun, felt like I was hanging out with a friend!) I feel live such a voyeur (I’m french can you tell hehe) though to have “stalked” you without droping to say hi !
I noticed that you like yogourt, DIYs, whole foods, saving money and that you own a crockpot… have you ever made your own yogourt? It’s so simple and the probiotics make it so easy on your stomach (one of the first “cooked” foods I was able to eat after being fully raw) you can even make greek yogourt from 0% cows milk, or make almond/coconut yogourt!
Thank you so much, you seem so so nice and composed (dear lord are you human haha)
Have a lovely tuesday! 🙂
Joelle xx
