Two years ago, I wouldn’t touch vegetables. Fries were vegetables in my eyes. Now I can’t get enough! I crave them throughout the day. Enjoying vegetables didn’t happen overnight; It took months. I started experimenting with all kinds of veggies to make them taste better. Soon I was eating them raw!
This green bean recipe is one of the first vegetable dishes I grew to love. Now I make these at least three times a week.
- 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2-4 Cups Snapped Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Packets Stevia
- 1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Steam or boil the green beans to soften them. Remove the tips if necessary.
Add the green beans to a frying pan with olive oil. Cook on high until they start to brown. Mix in Stevia and soy sauce and cook on medium for 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat and add sesame seeds!
